Permanent Ban

Hey all. I am so gutted, my account has been permanently banned on streamate after 2 years of using the site. It is totally my fault, breaking a rule that to be fair in my naivety i didn't even know was there. Never broke a rule in my entire time on the site and it is my main source of income. Anyone been able to undo a permanent ban before, or have any help or advice? I have tried a couple of other sites but have not had the best experiences so far. I just don't know what to do, within a matter of seconds my life just flipped upside down! Any advice would be really appreciated

Depends on what you did.
I know there are some things that just get you a temp suspension & others with zero tolerance.
I don't offer ANY roleplay or fetish & haven't in over a year. Just to protect myself. And I lock my door when live streaming so NO ONE or anything can surprise me.
And I block anyone immediately who comes into my room who says/chats "mommy"

i've got a temp suspension before for showing a pornhub video during an exclusive "copywrite infringement" and i've heard of a few temp suspensions for ppls dogs accidentally running into the cam view. but the only permanent ban i've heard of is that girl on twitter who got banned for ageplay, depicting under 18 and i never heard of it getting reversed . so like jess said, depends on what you did.

i do no step-roleplay and if anyone says mommy or sister or anything remotely incestuous or age related in my chat i shut that down immediately typed in the chat so theres a chatlog record of me saying NOT ALLOWED!

Streamate is pretty hardcore on their rules. I don’t know what you did. (Would actually like to know just as a heads up for the rest of us) I make sure I firmly say no to things that I know are against the rules.

From what I’ve seen of the permanent ban, I don’t think those are reversible. I’m super sorry as I can understand how much of a nightmare this can be.

I’d say just keep pushing on the other

Thanks for the reply, I am normally so good with all of those who are trying to catch you out, but I let one do it, as soon as I did I knew i shouldn't have! Have moved onto cams.com so

you can email support or send a msg through the "contact us" page but if its incest or ageplay, you wont get reversed.

I got permanently banned back in November of 2021 and it took me a year of emailing Liz every 2-3 months begging for a second chance before I got let back on. I REALLY had to do a LOT of apologizing, begging, and kissing butt to get my account back and it took a year. Every time I emailed Liz, she'd email compliance and ask and I'd get shut down every time until November of 2022 when I finally got a second chance and I have to be so much more careful now. I had offered a role play before that wasn't allowed to I rarely do role play and always type it out saying something's not allowed when someone comes in asking me to break the rules. Some guys will just leave when you say no to something that's not allowed but that guest is someone else's problem when I tell them no to breaking the rules now. But you can get a ban reversed if you are persistent in emailing Liz every so often and asking for a second chance promising not to mess up again.

Your comment has me worried because I thought step- roleplay was allowed on streamate? I’m doubting myself now but I’m sure I read the TOS carefully just to be sure on this after other people warning that non-step- is strictly forbidden. Also, I’m pretty sure at some point last year they added a clarification point that the word ‘mommy’ is allowed same as the word ‘daddy’ but only in a non-incestuous roleplay context?

You are right. I read this just a few days ago when I wanted to remind myself of the TOS. Even the term ‘daddy’ is allowed, so long as it’s used in a sexual consented adult way, and not in a child play role-play.

Their explanation was, they realized this is a word people use irl on daily basis on their adult relationship (or something along the line of that)

About step dad and most, this is an absolute Go.

I was able to message Liz at Streamates and she was able to reverse my ban!!!

I pulled up their rule clarification!

I think other things that get you permanently banned now are things like facing a members cam with your camera and having a non verified person on stream by doing that. Same with showing porn, i wouldn't even let voices play to be safe.

does any one know if you turn on a customers camera and there showing you a porn video is that allowed? I know i cant show them a video. I had a show the other day a guy was watching porn on his ipad but was showing into me in the screen. i told him i wasnt sure if that was allowed or not and ended his show

Hi, new here There was a chat about this on stripperweb and Liz had sent an email to a girl saying that they can watch/show you porn on their end but you can't broadcast it. You might want to double-check check though. I've done this a few times since I saw that post and never got in trouble.

i would just say no to anything shown on cam other then the two account holders. Showing movies/clips of any type is just taking a risk of getting a ban.
Just cause nothing has happened to anyone yet, doesn't mean its safe to. Just means they haven't been caught yet or reported etc

sorry i didnt see my alert for this. i should have clarified that i personally do not do any step roleplay, but it is allowed. ive found that my custys are the type that you give them an inch, they take a mile. i've had so many close calls of ppl trying to break the rules, that i just put my foot down and say no across the board.
