hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the non-payment of my earnings for the pay period ending on June 12, 2023. Despite numerous attempts to address this issue to stripchap suport team and the reassurance of a resolution by the next payday, I am disheartened to inform you that the promised payment has not been received, even after the most recent payday.

Over the past few weeks, I have sent multiple emails outlining my concerns and grievances regarding the delayed payment. Each time, I have received a response assuring me that the matter will be rectified on the next payday. However, I regret to inform you that the situation remains unresolved, leaving me in a state of financial uncertainty and growing frustration.

To further emphasize my concern, I took the initiative to send an additional email on Saturday, reminding support team of the pending payment. Unfortunately, it appears that my efforts have been in vain, as the payment has yet to materialize. Waiting each week for the next payday, only to be disappointed repeatedly, is not only inconvenient but also deeply unsettling.

Given the lack of progress and the recurrent payment issues, I kindly request that I be put in touch with a customer support specialist or the leader of the support team. It has become evident that further escalation is necessary to address this matter promptly and find a resolution. I believe that direct communication with a responsible individual will help shed light on the situation and provide a path towards a satisfactory resolution.

I would appreciate it if you could urgently look into my case, identify the reasons for the payment delay, and take the necessary steps to ensure that the payment is processed as soon as possible. I have put my trust in Stripchat as a reliable platform, and it is disheartening to experience such setbacks.

As per my PMs and replies from Support, all your payments appear to be in order.
Note: do not confuse the Stripchat payment cycle days with the payment service providers' timeframes.
