hi my last purchase of tokens was on the 14th October but another payment from paymentico has gone out of my bank on the 17th of October
wonder if I can get a refund as the payment company doesnt know where that transaction has come from either

With my bank when I buy tokens or fan club, it will go into my "pending" for a couple of days, then the money will "officially go out of my bank for them, and it will also display what date it was originally taken/spent. Did you look at that and see, and did you only have 1 payment go out or 2?
