Payed for tokens money taken but not received any tokens

Hi,

I tried to get in contact with cb but not getting a response. Is there a known issue with the IDEAL payment?

I've paid for 1k tokens and then 2 x 100 to test. money has been taken out of my bank account but never received the tokens or conformation email.

I've tested Paypal after that and that payment method works fine.

Any answer would be appriciatied
