Hello.. sometime ago I wrote to CB support when my studio boss was always rude to me, held my passport and never used to pay my salary requesting them to suspend my account then that was submissive_honey_ until face verification and they mentioned that was impossible. At the end of the contract that was JUNE 25th my boss gave back my passport since I wanted to go independent as camming was my full tie job. Upon opening a new account(freaky_kaylee) with the same passport returned to me, I received notification that I had been banned for violating CB TOS. I then wrote to support again and have not received any reply from them. Please look through my case @punker barbie . i will highly appreaciate your assistance. I will glaadly send all the documentation required she has been doing this to everyone who has been requesting to go independent or threating those who have wanted to quit camming yet she treats them as slave. She needs to be stopped. I even have pictures of the injuries she caused me through her beatings while I was in the studio.

Actually there is law for this, known as the ‘right to erasure’, so when you send a request to delete your data from chaturbate database chaturbate has obligation to erase it but i am not really sure if they obey this law.

Thank you so much. I really hope that my issue will be looked into. My studio boss works with the police in Kenya. I was humble all the way but in the end she still me dirty and went with my earnings for the month of May and June. I could put up with that but her literally messing with my ultimate source of income is not right. I am just young trying to figure out life and she is living her life fully.I hope this issue will be looked into with the urgency it deserves @punker barbie or she should also be investigated and/ cancelled from CB too. And the fact that she abused us both physically and emotionally. Most of my colleagues have receipts to prove it. I hope CB could have a way we could report some of this studios since she had her email on my account with the password too so it was possible to do whatever she could with my account. I believe my account was banned on 25th July. Thats just how much I know that she did this to me. @punker barbie

I am so devasted hun, and considering the fact that I was so eager to go independent. I really hope that this studio learn a lesson. I wrote to CB one week now @punker barbie Waiting for a positive feedback considering I wrote to them when i noticed danger before the studio had me banned. I figured someone broadcasted with my ID or they simply banned my passport.

Models can request to remove their IDs from a specific account (like to remove the verification from that specific account). I'm pretty sure you can't request they delete the ID data completely from their records because they have a legal requirement to show proof of age.

I am well aware of that, a model can still request id removal on the account, she registers the new account before she quits the studio not quits first and then later get verified.

I’m not saying that… the governments are saying that. It’s the law.

According to 18 U.S. Code § 2257, also known as the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1988, producers of sexually explicit material must keep records for seven years and maintain them for five years after the business dissolves. These records must be available for inspection by authorized government officials at any time.

Actually yes. Exactly this happened very recently. Google "porn hub requires consent forms".

In January, pornhub sent me an email stating that I (and everyone who ever uploaded a video on the site) needed to upload consent forms and ID for everyone who appeared in my videos (this wasn't a requirement formerly).

I had some videos that were 8 years old, that I did with partners at that time. I don't have access to their ID and don't talk to them, so my videos were removed because I couldn't supply age verification for them.

So yes, pornhub will just expect you to keep their data lying around.

Hello @punker barbie so I got the account back (submisive_honey_) after the ban by studio. I took sometime off since I was still getting threats from my studio manager and started broadcasting on 28/08/2024 after so long. I added my friends account as a guest and started broadcasting together. in both of our accounts. After like 2 hours I got another notification that my account has been BANNED again. I then immediately wrote to support as I have been so frustrated this being my first broadcast after a very long time. At that time, I had not really showed anything and was just dancing. I am sorry should I have violated any TOS but up until that time, we had not done any shows.My friend's account is still up and running. Please help me resolve this, I will change my user name should there need be as my boss wrote to me she won't stop haunting me.
