Partner no longer age verified

We went to broadcast tonight and my partner did not show up on verification. She recently opened an individual account and had a broadcast there, but now that account is saying she is not age verified either. The account name is katandsam_. Any help you could give would be appreciated!

Edit: It’s now saying “this person is ineligible to broadcast”
