OBS streams Stripchat in 1080p but Chatur in 720?

so im using the RTMP plug-in and streaming in chatur and stripchat but only stripchat is in 1080p
i checked the settings in the rtmp and its following the OBS settings and even tried to change the settings manually but still only get 720
what other setting am i missing

I added chatur in the RTMP plug in table
any advice?
