OBS nor in-browser streaming working

Hello, @punker barbie can you assist me please, I would like to get in contact with the support team.

I have contacted Chaturbate support with the following issue, no reply from them so far, I don't got a ticket number, just an automatic message saying they got my message.


The issue is I can not broadcast using OBS nor Chrome in-browser.

OBS says "Could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server." So I have done the following:
- generated new stream key
- switched trough all the Chaturbate OBS servers available
- updated OBS and Windows
- reinstalled OBS
- tried a shit ton for Output settings I've found posted around by others
- manually add firewall access to OBS in Windows
- restored factory setting on my router
- used my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot (done that in the past when I had power outage and it worked on HD resolution @3000 kbps)

Chrome in-browser says "Error publishing stream". So I have tried the following:

- delete all browsing history data
- reinstall Chrome
- circle trough all the resolution available

Also installed Firefox with absolutely no luck, same message "Error publishing stream".

As for the internet connection my results with CB EU: Frankfurt Server are:
Ping: 40ms
Jitter: 2ms
Download: 620 mbps
Upload: 468 mbps

Does anyone else had the same issue today? I can not seem to find any recent posts anywhere regarding this matter.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, please share.

Я обратился в службу поддержки Chaturbate со следующей проблемой, но ответа от них пока нет. У меня нет номера заявки, только автоматическое сообщение о том, что они получили мое сообщение.


Проблема в том, что я не могу транслировать с помощью OBS или Chrome в браузере.

OBS говорит: «Не удалось получить доступ к указанному каналу или ключу потока, пожалуйста, дважды проверьте свой ключ потока. Если он правильный, возможно, возникла проблема с подключением к серверу». Итак, я сделал следующее:
- сгенерирован новый ключ потока
- переключено на все доступные серверы Chaturbate OBS
- обновлены OBS и Windows
- переустановил ОБС
- перепробовал кучу настроек вывода, которые я нашел опубликованными другими
- вручную добавить доступ к брандмауэру к OBS в Windows
- восстановил заводские настройки на моем роутере
- использовал свой телефон в качестве точки доступа Wi-Fi (раньше я делал это, когда у меня отключалось электричество, и он работал с разрешением HD при 3000 кбит/с)

В браузере Chrome появляется сообщение «Ошибка публикации потока». Итак, я попробовал следующее:

- удалить все данные истории просмотров
- переустановить Хром
- обведите все доступные разрешения

Также безуспешно установил Firefox, то же сообщение «Ошибка публикации потока».

Что касается подключения к Интернету, мои результаты с CB EU: Frankfurt Server:
Пинг: 40 мс
Джиттер: 2 мс
Скачать: 620 Мбит/с
Загрузка: 468 Мбит/с

У кого-нибудь еще была такая же проблема сегодня? Кажется, я нигде не могу найти недавних сообщений по этому вопросу.
Если у кого-то есть предложения, как это исправить, поделитесь.

This looks like an account issue...it's not an OS or browser issue. I tried to go online through my phone and to no avail.

I’ve been having the same issue for 3 hours now and emailed support and only have received an automated message as well. I tried all of the same things as you and still having the same issue so I think it may just be chaturbate..

I don’t know how important geolocation is, maybe they freeze any suspicious actions

Just tried to register a new account, trough the process of it, I got several 502 Bad Gateway errors, I have a feeling its my ISP ...
