I've never had nutella before.

It always amazes me how relatively unfamiliar lots of Americans are with Nutella. In my family we've been having it since I was 5 or 6 (only occasionally, because my mom didn't want my brother and me to get used to sweet stuff :roll: ).
It's so good, Rose. Buy it.

In winter, you can make yourself a hot cup of milk and stir a teaspoon of Nutella in it (it will melt) for instant winterwarmth and chocolatey bliss, combined in about 26472638 calories.

I encourage everyone to do their own research by buying both peanut butter and almond butter and doing some tasty experiments!

While nut butters are high in saturated fats, they are even higher in unsaturated fats which give them a similar profile to olive oil. It's also packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, especially potassium-- in fact even salted peanut butter has about five times more potassium than sodium! Isn't that neat? Studies have also shown that people who eat nut butters are less likely to develop heart disease and type 2 diabetes than people who rarely eat nuts.

You're absolutely right though! As with all good things, you should enjoy nut butters in moderation! You know what they say about too much of a good thing. Personally I couldn't eat that much peanut butter, it's too dry for me! I'd rather have roasted almonds or pistachios! I could eat pistachios for days and days.

Here's a handy tip:

If you come across a pistachio that is just barely open, use another pistachio shell to pry it open! The shells are much too hard to try cracking with your teeth, and another shell will give you just the right amount of leverage to pop it open.

Nut butters of any kind are very high in fat...anybody that's eating more than a tablespoon per day is going to have a ugly tummy and that doesn't look attractive on a cam whore

Actually, it's the carbs you need to avoid the most when it comes to not wanting to gain (fat) weight.
Lots of cardio does wonders for getting those 6 pack abs. Just look at what cardio did for me...
