@punker barbie my bf and I have been trying to reach out to CB via email for over two weeks regarding a ticket show that did not give us the tokens. We explained, & took pictures of everything, (# of ticket holders, list of ticket holders names, etc) but we have not heard back. We’ve only received the automated response telling us someone would be in touch. It’s an extremely expensive error, so are anxiously awaiting to be advised on how to get the tokens.

Now, as it seems the ticket show all were using has not credited us for two ticket shows (one MAJOR one, and one small one) we deactivated the app. Can you suggest a good one? With this being said-this happened to us last summer, and have been using the ticket all CB suggested . Please help us get the tokens we worked hard for.
