No response from chaturbate support team

Can anyone give me advice as to how to get a respone from the chaturbate support team? My account keeps being reported for apparent drug use which hasn’t happened. I have tried reaching out though the support teams email over a week ago. I have also tried again this morning and all am getting is the automatic response (no ticket number). Am a smoker and do sometime roll and smoke on stream, this is standard tobacco from a standard shop bought
tobacco pouch with filter tip, so defo not drugs. This has happened 3 times now and am being coming concerned I may end up banned for absolutely nothing. My streams even been reported and closed when am in away mode after a privt show and I have no idea what’s going on.

Literally. I have a couple of vape pens and even that makes me nervous.

Most likely the complaints were created earlier, you just received the notification when you were not online (away mode).
