I got banned from chaturbate for being underage almost a week ago. However, I am over 18, which I immediately sent photos of my ID and a selfie (as they told me to). Since then, no information, I have already written two emails to support about this. I have not received a response to either. Unfortunately, I am not able to log into my account or create a new one.

Can you share their EXACT message to you? It might simply be the fact that you "appear" to be underage, because of a youthful appearance, or dress.
