No response from cb support email/ticket since 4/08/2022

I emailed cb support on the 4th August 2022 regarding cb swag. I cannot ever purchase directly through the swag store as I am in Australia. I also cannot call international.
My ticket number is 20057273.
I have since responded to this ticket number a few times over the past month, with no response still.
Can someone please look at ticket number and respond, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you , it was responded to with a very generic answer and I have responded back asking further information, my ticket has not even been updated however with my response.
