Have you contacted SC support (help@stripchat.com ) ? @Stella_SC or @Jessica_StripchatCM may be able to help but emailing SC support is always the best first action to take.

As far as I know you cannot have more than model one account on SC. And certainly if you have been banned or had an attempt at registration rejected already, you will not be able to "try again" with different documents or information.

It appears as though you are registered as a model with active protection under another studio. You have an option to wait until your protection is over, or contact your studio in order to delete the account with active protection.

Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to assist in this case. I empathise with your situation, but the studio has the protection, and we honor that protection.
