No. 1099 should I make a complaint to department of Labor??

I reached out to Chaturbate over 3 weeks ago needing a copy of my 1099 that I never received. I corresponded with support and complied with everything they asked. They then said that they would send my 1099. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Since then I've reached out a few more times with email and there's been zero response. I'm currently trying to buy a house and do my taxes and I need my 1099. Should I file a complaint with the department of Labor? I have email correspondence evidence supporting @punker barbie

Should have been sent out towards the end of January try searching your email for 123-45-6789 as that text is in the 1099 email.

Treat CB like you would any other company. They need to do whatever is required by US law and should be held to the same standards.

If you still can't find it, you could try looking on the IRS website. They'll have copies of any 1099 they've received with your information, although I'm not sure how long it takes for them to be available there.
