So i saw a few girls on myfreecams sending videos for new tippers. I doubt it is them just remembering everyone who tipped so was wondering if there is a way to get some kind of notifications when a new person tips in your room?

There's no notification. When in doubt, check their tip history. You'll be able to see if they've tipped you before. I think part of it is being familiar with your regulars enough to know which usernames are new tippers.
