I am a new Streamate studio owner. I can't get specific instructions from Streamate about how to sign up a performer. I tried, but Step 3 in the process is to have the performer take a picture of herself. There's no option to upload a picture, meaning that the model would have to be right there with me when I was typing. Streamate is being really vague and sending me canned messages without really reading what I'm asking. Do any of you know if there's a manual? Any kind of written instructions on how to add a performer? I'm seriously stuck on Step 3. I'm afraid to send a link the model to sign themselves up as a performer because they would have to log into my studio admin to do it. Any Streamate Studio owners on here who could direct me? They won't even tell me if I can add MYSELF to my own studio account. Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Update: I finally found a very helpful person at Streamate who told me exactly what to do! She even got my model account transferred to my new studio!
Could you share more details to contribute to the forum? You know, for the next person that might have the same question.

What’s this mean? Liz IS pretty great. I cammed on SM several years ago, and Liz was the most reliable person to reach out to then. I remember there used be a Vanessa and a Liz.

Yeah that email is several people now, more than just 2. I think maybe 6, I know at least 3 or 4. They do tend to be more helpful and get stuff done when it's possible.
I think it just has her name, but isn't actually her anymore. But I think it's a team kinda headed by her, that all use it. I know that sounds convoluted, but it seems to work out well.

Another great way for models to get help is on the discord, it can be an extremely fast way to get assistance with non complicated stuff, that doesn't need to be private.

They said they were told exactly what to do but didn't share any details as to what that was. I haven't dealt with streamate in a very long time so I do not know their newer procedures for verification but it's highly unlikely that the only way for a remote studio to add a model is through support but I suppose it's not impossible.

Well at least she answered you and gave you Liz’ email. Lol. That’s more than what many others have done (joined this forum to ask for help…found a resolution…then took off faster than Speedy Gonzales, never to be heard from again).
