So I've been on mgf for about a year and even bought premium and had my fair share of good and bad experiences on the site. But everytime i try and buy credits since like January I've been getting:
error code 727730 - contact billing@mygirlfund.com (I assumed this was from using too many of my debit cards, they kept getting rejected and i was trying to find which had my cash on it lol)
I contacted support by sending them a ticket describing my problem a while back but they just close my ticket every time without solving and give it the "solved" status. Sent another a month ago and got the same treatment. Anyone been through this before?
