Need help with last step of removal of suspension

Hello @punker barbie and thank you in advance for reading.

Im a long time viewer and token buyer and on the october 23 my accound got banned. I used the support form and also got an anwser on November 02. with the information that it is just a one time warning and i had you confirm that i understood what went wrong to get the suspension removed. I replied to that email immediatly on November 02. and i havnt heared annything back yet and my account is still banned.

Im not sure how long it normaly takes or if just replying to the email didnt worked because its my fist time i had to engage with the support. It would be nice for some information if possible. Thank you very much.

Since i still havnt got any anwser and my account is still banned and i would like to have it back, maybe it helps if i post here the mail conversation so far.


This was the anwser from cb to my support ticket:

Recently, we received an alert that you may be using a prohibited racial slur. As a result, you were suspended. Chaturbate prohibits all use of racial slurs and other words used in place of racial slurs. Your account shows this is the first violation of this kind and the word was not used towards another person. For this reason, you are being provided with this one-time warning.

In order to have your suspension removed, please confirm that you understand that should you use any kind of slur/hate speech or share any bigoted messages (written or oral) of any kind, you will be immediately terminated from the Chaturbate platform.

And i anwsered this mail with this on the same day:

Hello and Thank you for the anwser and explonation. Of course i understand that this is an absolute no go and im also not that kind of person that would do or use this kind of language towards others. And i am totaly aware and understand that this will lead to an permanent bann from your platform. Thank you for your understanding and i would be more than pleased when this suspension will be removed from my account so i can use it again. Thank you very much.


It was send on November 2. and still nothing since then. Would be nice if someone could help me with this unless i understood something wrong.
