Ok, first off, I don't know why so many new girls feel the MFC profile is so important to the point where they freak out and search out people to pay to help them. The built in MFC profile editor is simple and easy to use, and you DON'T need some elaborate CSS design to set up your MFC profile. Just answer the questions in the "edit profile" section of your admin pages, or leave them blank if you don't want them to appear, and use the "customize profile" link in your admin pages to change the appearance as you desire. You don't HAVE to have a fancy designed profile to let your viewers know what you're all about. The most important aspect of your MFC career is being ON cam and entertaining, not so much what's on your profile...

BUT, if you do want something fancy for some reason, let this thread be the place that you ask questions and find help for it.

Attention all MFC profile editors! Post a reply here if you have advice, services for hire, or helpful links for HTML and css design.

A few girls have gone to this site for basic help with HTML and CSS - http://www.w3schools.com/

I am going to direct all new models to this thread for info since we see at least 1 per week popping up asking for desperate "HELP!" on their MFC profiles. :)

Take it away, folks!

new issue!

ive just added some pics to my recent pictures album, im happy for these to show up along the bottom, but having them on the left aswell knocks my already uncentred profile even more to the right :/ I cant figure out how to remove this without deleting the album!

http://profiles.myfreecams.com/MiaFoxUK

If you are looking to remove the sidepanel with the Larger photo and mini-recent photo's.

Add this to the custom CSS of your profile
Code:
#profile_main_photo
{
display : none;
}

The result is that the rest of the profile lines up back with the sections before and after.

Getting kind of frustrated... Who am I kidding I'm very frustrated. I could really use some help if you ladies got it. I spent all night formatting my HTML, in preview it looked nice for being so simple but as soon as I hit save, some code keeping it together vanishes and nothing I added works on my profile. Am I doing something wrong? The code looks fine elsewhere and I don't know if it's the site or me. Honestly MFC has been giving me so many issues one right after enough and because of it my cam score just keeps falling.

What's the easiest way to get one of of those tip menus into a profile? I'm okay with it just going in my about me because for now I'm not looking to have a fancy profile. I'm pretty computer illiterate so I apologize if this is a ridiculous question. Does anyone know how to do this using the standard "advanced css" tool mfc gives? Do I have to make an image on some other program and then somehow paste it in to the code?? Help pleaseee

Wish I knew how to be able to code my profile but it seems way too complicated for me so I just use photoshop then put everything on my profile as images.:smuggrin:
However, I WISH I could figure out how to center the images. I suck. :bucktooth:

Oh that's a good idea! I'm so tech inept I didn't even think of that. How do you get those images on your profile?

First of all.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY :p!
I host my images directly through MFC by creating an album (choose the option to keep it hidden from profile) and uploading all the pictures I want onto there. Then click the photo and click "get photo URL" and use that URL in your bio inside of
Code:
<img src="URL">
And use this v after every picture if you don't want them side by side (this is the html equivalent of using "enter" to make a next line.)
Code:
<BR>
.Usually most online image hosting sites take down anything I upload almost ASAP so this is the best way to do it IMO. :)

That's awesome, I've always wondered who did Megan's profile! You did a great job on it!

Oh and btw... Limited time offer, this profile is available for $20 amazon gift or gift card trade. I'll specially customize it for you as well.
I love your site, though I am a compete ditz when it comes to figuring it out, I need help I have no clue where things go or how to edit the menus or pics once I get it set up, any and all help would be great.

You don't need to worry about the CSS code if you just want to place an image in there.

All you need to do is this

Code:
<img src="https://img.mfcimg.com/photos2/206/20645418/870-572-518-652-9008622.jpg"/>

That simple :) Put that directly into the ABOUT ME section of your profile and it should display full size.

Based on the way the profile CSS is setup, this workaround may be easier for you! Instead of changing the page CSS, simply change the style attribute to your image adding a 'margin-right' of 150 pixels to one of your images in your About Me (example below). This will stretch out the section by 150 pixels to the right, which should hopefully accomplish what you're trying to do. Let me know if this helps!
HTML:
<img src="IMG_URL" style="margin-right: 150px;">

Working code here:

Code:
<img style="left: 0px; top: 0px; position: absolute;" src="https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=0B8ThrQg8aYESMVd0dTRYVGlRMjA">
<img src="https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=0B8ThrQg8aYESeHh0ejZxZUtEUkE" style="left: 0px; top: 0px; position: absolute; width: 200px; height: 88px;">
<img style="left: 0px; top: 0px; position: absolute;" src="https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=0B8ThrQg8aYESdWF6Wk5Fb2VEWGc">

Just replace the linkin the code:
Code:
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=0B8ThrQg8aYESeHh0ejZxZUtEUkE

to Your image width 200px nad height 88px :)

About time they stole the coding from MFC. Geez they take so long to get with the program. Now if only they didn't ban their models for no reason.

They did not stole nothing for mfc. I made the black template using "stylish" plugin for firefox, chrome. Stylish allow You to take out irrelevant content, change colors, or completely redesign the entire site and its done on a host pc. So no model can be banned for using it. You just enter the site and load additional css code that change a site look.

Pplugin just add some
