My free cams deleted my account on my 1 camming day because ive used a mask. When i try to get answers, and yes i say this is a rule to force the girls to show their faces and they dont car about our security, they blocked me on email and delete my account without my permission.
The support was super unpolite, took conclusionsabt the things ive said and act as an asshole. I needed go to twitter and comment a lot of shit in kinda all twetts ultil they reopen my account to i took my pics.
The site is terrible to broadcast, there is no bots and you need tipe and retype tip menu and rules, Its really hard to navigate as model, There is 3 sites, one for feed, one for broadcast and one quith your profile, its super hard contact support and they dont give a fuck about you.
The broadcast sistems was with delay and falling all the time, (i have 150 mega of donwload and 300 mega upload)
There is nodialogue with them, the site has been acused for not protect well the models datas and files.
It was a horrible experience to me. My day stats well and end with me crying a lot because all this stuff make me feel soo bad.
The template of the site is totally a begginer work with a lot of bugs and problems, the other models come to anoiyng the new one and they just dont care. To them if money is get in, fuck anything about the cammodels.
Im totally diapointed with this camming site. My free cams is a really nigthmare experience.

If your very first broadcast is with a mask on, I can understand why they'd be wary that you're not the human that was approved with their legal ID.

But overall no, the site is not shit, and they don't just say "fuck anyting about the cammodels". You just had a rough start.

Best of luck at another site. Make sure to read the rules and ToS at a new site.

i just describe my experience amber, and how i feel about. Of course i cant say in name of all cammodels. They was really rude with me, that was no necessary, but this will serve as advice to people know the bad site of this site too. i think its importante aways have both sides viwes.

Pretty certain it's in MFC's terms and conditions that we have to show our faces on stream. Likely for the reasons Amber mentioned where you could be someone other than the person's photo ID (this could be a big issue for child pornography and trafficking), so it's not an unreasonable request. We make a choice when we make money on the internet, and I'd far prefer to show my face and consent to dealing with potential risks than open up a system that could exploit vulnerables.
Sorry you had a bad experience with them, but please don't bash a website because you got banned for not reading the site rules properly. I get that it can be a stressful experience, but it really is not their fault that you're upset in this case. In future remember to read all the terms and conditions properly and abide by site rules and hopefully this won't happen again.

Sounds like MFC was not your first experience camming, it sounds like you come from a previous experience on Chaturbate and you were expecting to find something similar on MFC. While there are many aspects that these 2 sites have in common, they are also different in significant ways. These are, after all, 2 different companies, with different owners, set up in different states where laws are different, etc, so whenever you signup for a new camsite it is your responsibility to read their ToS thoroughly and get a feel for the site in general before taking a plunge.

While you might have had no issues camming with a mask on at Chaturbate, MFC does not allow models to hide their face. You would have known this if you had read the rules before broadcasting. You might be used to Chaturbate’s streamlined platform and the convenience of having bots and apps for any function under the sun, you will not find the same over at MFC. On the flip side, MFC has a million more options to interact with your followers when you are offline, not to mention their robust content sharing platform “Share” that has no parallel on Chaturbate. So, it’s truly 2 different universes and you shouldn’t enter one expecting the functionality and rules of the other.

That said, it also sounds like English is not your first language and by your tone and dramatic delivery I suspect you live in a culture where laws are ignored routinely, rules are flexible thus people in authority tend to respond faster or better to loud and dramatic displays like this, or to threats. You will find this is definitely not the case in the West. When dealing with companies of western origin you want to mind your manners, having a civilized conversation will take you farther, faster. It doesn’t matter how loudly you yell or how many hours you tell them you have cried, if you broke a rule, you broke it and that’s what ultimately matters. Being polite and respectful goes a long way especially when you are new and you are violating the rules, explaining that you understand you violated the rules and it will not happen again might have gotten you unbanned... but I am certain that is not how the conversation went.

Always read the TOS for any camsite so you understand what you can and can't do. Sites right now have an influx of new models, so they are having to monitor more startups to make sure they aren't doing anything that could potentially get the whole site shut down. I'm actually really glad to see MFC on top of this, because they are looking out for the best interest of their models as well.

Pretty sure Streamate (sign up: www.streamatemodels.com) allows you to wear a mask or show partial face, but I haven't read to rules in TOS in a hot minute to see if that has been added and I missed it. I probably sound like a broken record, but please remember to read them for any site you want to sign up for camming. Including social media. There are a lot of rules that seem total bullshit but are really to protect the site and yourself from legal ramifications. welcome to sex work!

Also niteflirt allows you not showing your face in your ads/profile. They are a phone sex operating site (pso). You can also create characters with stock images if I remember correctly. I haven't been on that site in like 3 years. if you are interested: www.niteflirt.com/advice

This is one of the reasons that many of us have it set to where we don't allow other model accounts in our room. I've had a model come into my room trying to steal my tippers, and telling my viewers that I'm too ugly for them to be in my room. Lol. Also, a model entering other models' rooms just to advertise themselves is pathetic and tacky, and shouldn't be tolerated.

I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience. I also wish that you had been able to read up on MyFreeCams a bit before starting, because that site isn't the easiest site for beginner models. Without knowing anything about camscores, dealing with private messages (PMs), muting/unmuting guests and basics, etc., MFC can drive you crazy. But a lot of us do love the site, even if it does make us wanna pull our hair out sometimes...
