My Account was permanent Banned with No Valid Reason

@punker barbie Hi, my account name is Nathalie_lust and my associated email address is rheyjustine14@gmail.com, as per support i got banned due to documentation that denotes accessed the site in serious violation, and that reason that chaturbate have provided to me was too vague that leaves me skeptical and clueless why I got banned permanently which I find it gratuitously absurd, I have been very coherent and constantly adhering the rules and community guidelines of the platform, I have never done anything wrong neither erroneous that is against the privacy policy nor the rules and regulations, and so I just wanted to get this sorted out and have my account reinstated as I am pretty sure and assertive that my account got banned permanently by mistake, please rigorously look into it as I badly need to regain access of my account, You must’ve been wrong to banned me without me doing anything that’s against your policy and community guidelines, I am very cautious and conservative when abiding and following all the rules and regulations that is mandatory for us models to adhere and I am looking forward to your quick response on this thread.

@punker barbie Hey, I truly appreciate your quick response, I haven’t gotten any response from the support yet and I just went to the platform to check if they have taken an action of reinstating my account but neither of that had been done, my account is still under in a limited state (banned), I’d like to know what’s going on, this is my bread and butter and I couldn’t afford to have my account just sitting there and lose access without earning tokens and that’s how I badly need to get this concern rectified as quick as possible, please take this into consideration to help me speed up the process as I badly need to get back on track as soon as possible, thanks

@punker barbie Hey, that response that you were referring to was about a couple months ago and so I was referring to the current email I sent you guys, I hadn’t have much time to engrossed my attention in resolving that matter way back last year but right now I have been contemplating that the reason they have provided to me pertaining my account that had banned wasn’t accurate yet vague and utterly unclear, I even made a follow up email through the support yet they haven’t provided an accurate information as to why they got my account banned, I had this account for couple years now and i have never ever gotten any complaints neither a warning from the platform right off the batt, I have been very conservation and cohesive with everything I do in chaturbate, I have instill integrity and reputation as a virtuous model and those were my core values that I always practiced, come to think of it other models have been getting bunch of warnings yet they have given the second chance to retrieve and reinstate their account but in my situation which It is utterly somber to fathom that I didn’t even do anything wrong, I have never failed to abide and adhere the community guidelines of the platform yet they have banned my account with no exact and explicit reason, which is truly unfair if you may try to apprehend it. It’s unfair as a model who have worked with integrity and I am truly under the impression of the platform as I’ve heard a lot of models from chaturbate that they’ve signed up in chaturbate due to its exquisite environment, fair treatment, equality and equity and lastly the utmost support and succor from the platform and they’re the reason why I was persuade and convinced to work in CB but now all those things that I thought was true and facts about the platform has changed and now I’m in a desperate situation where all I want is to have my account reinstated, the support that I’ve been getting wasn’t transparent enough to help me be perceived and have the enlightenment with the situation but I couldnt because of the lack of transparency and efficient communication not to mention that they’re providing me such vague & inaccurate information is gratuitously horrendous, I am very assertive, certain that you’re the solely support who would understand this, I got my hopes up on you that your utmost support/succor would make a difference this time around, I’ve frequently checked some of the people you have helped here and that’s why it got me here because I have a belief in you and I know that you’re doing great and very efficient and proficient with what you’re doing, I am just simply asking to get this rectify as quick as possible, thanks
