My account was banned..

My account had banned and i need your help @punker barbie please

1. my ID was banned without any reason( I fall a sleep during watching my favorite model and when I wake up in got banned)

2.i tried to contact with them and want to know why I got banned and they don't respond me for a month.

3. While I was waiting for their response, I made second ID and paid for the supporter membership after I paid for that my second ID was also banned.

4.and today I got email and receipt that this month supporter membership payment was paid.

5. I want to get refund and cancel supporter membership because I don't want to pay
every month $19.95 for what i can't use!!
And I am banned so I can't even cancel it by my self

6. Is there anyway I can get helped from them or anything I can do?

I'm so boggled... why do people create SECOND accounts when their original gets banned? Does it not seem common sense to NOT do that?

T.T , Because I thought at that moment, they banned me by simple error. So i was thinking this accident will be solved quickly. Until then I needed account to tip..

Seriously, I have no idea why they banned me.

Common sense would say if a site banned your account, it is not smart to create another and then SPEND MONEY on it.

But I suppose common sense does not strike people in the moment when their dick is hard and want to tip for the show they want to watch.

Fair point.. I also regret what i did that time. I should have behave with common sense. Trying my best to clean up my mess.

No fkn clue, I don't work for CB. You could have broken a rule that you were not aware of, because a lot of people don't read the rules/ToS of sites before they use them.

Though that's no excuse.

No fkn clue, I don't work for CB. You could have broken a rule that you were not aware of, because a lot of people don't read the rules/ToS of sites before they use them.

I read them roughly but I didn't make any violations. Sincerely I wish they talk to me the reason. Thank you @Ambercu for responding

And when I make second account( this was my fault), I write backup email as the banned one and then.. second account was also banned immediately.

I got letter from CB site that my supporter membership is canceled and will be refunded with in 7 days. (Didn't expect this fast process)

Now I want to know the reason I got banned and if possible I want to use this site again.

The service team did not reply to me at all from the beginning at it has been a month..

Is there a way that I can talk with them?

I have a vague memory of, several years ago, when I actually did talk to someone at Chaturbate over the phone…about an issue I was having as a member trying to purchase tokens to tip my friend. But I think that was just a Billing Support number. I don’t think that number is for “Why was I banned?” inquiries.

You clicked on the Contact Us form and filled out the “Why was I banned?” section?

Omg.. you are so kind to send me link ! All my matters are solved. They say some kind of alert was showing in my account and they banned me. It takes a month but they unbanned me.
