I want to figure out why I was blocked and what to do to unblock my account, there is money earned on it. please help me. I am ready to provide the necessary documents.

hi dear @punker barbie . I am worrying a lot. that there has been no response for so long. as I said, the account was blocked on the 31st. and there was no response from support to my email. On April 9th, I sent an email from my friend's email address, where I specified my nickname _sweet_ruby_ and the email address that is linked to the account. On April 10, support responded and asked for verification to send a photo with a passport and a piece of paper on which it says (nickname, date, word), and I immediately passed verification. but there has been no response for the 6th day. I am worrying a lot. because this is my job and my earned money is on the account. I'm really worried because it's been so long since there's been an answer
