My Account Got Banned. I've made a mistake.

I've been a webcam model for several years but for the first time asking for help. Well, I've made a very bad mistake and I got banned on Chaturbate. Even not finishing the registration process.

I really can't describe the feelings I do have right now... I'm in a constant stress and anxiety. I would like to be as transparent as possible and honest with you.

I've got banned because long time ago I was in a hurry to register myself when I was applying to work in a studio... The studio was pressuring me badly so I have agreed. My mistake is that I've used the ID of my sister (which is almost my twin and legal of age). That time I was pressured so much by the circumstances and situation in my family. My own ID was under issuing process but I did the terrible mistake... I've got banned after some time and left the studio where I was working.

I'm asking to give me chance to clear my name and for forgiveness. I'm a single mom growing my son. I wish I could rewind the time and never let my emotions and patience problems to lead myself for this terrible ban.

I do admit that I’ve made a terrible mistake. I am aware of the rules of the platform. I have texted everything what have happened to me.

But I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and forgiveness. I’m terribly sorry for what I have done. I hope that support team will be able to give me a chance to work again.

I would wager they will never unban the associated account. You're only recourse is to create a new account and submit your actual ID. This *could* work because CB bans the ID, not the person.

I was scared about the future of my family. Webcam business is illegal in 90% of the countries where models were registered. And you are trying to put me down any possible way. I have created a new account and got immediately banned. I was using my real ID. This is why I created the topic here.

I have left that STUDIO. I would never say something bad about them but I’m trying to start over. By my own.

I shouldn’t have to agree with the pressure they gave me. But I can’t roll back in time. The only thing I can do is to explain the situation and ask for help.

No one is trying to mock you. He's just letting you know that there is 0 chance that they will forgive you. We've seen situations like this posted on this forum many, many times. Chaturbate views what you agreed to do for your studio, as fraud. They do not forgive fraudulent performers.

Why don’t you just go to 15 other sex cam sites. And not break any rules it’s very easy to start over. Like now

I'm sorry but how is taking your sister's ID and fraudulently submitting it as yours a mistake? You deliberately made the choice to upload not your ID even though the site is telling you to use your own id in the submission section. The ID is needed for tax and age verification and to legally consent to the work.


I don't care if this isn't nice or coddling OP, but don't get into this line of work if you are already breaking TOS without even having an active account. You are no where mature enough. This is serious work, and the site has to follow certain laws or risk the site getting seized by the DOJ.

You read and accepted the TERMS when you applied with CB. Yet you used your sisters ID and verified it was you but yet it wasn't.

Therefore, you Risked the service of the studio you applied to and as well as CB you became and you're sister if she was fallen on bad times can never work for
CB or that studio either.
Also, I'm sure a studio wouldn't Pressure you into working for them :/ Again, you have to fill out and read the terms to even work for their standards.

Do you know what Identity theft means? There are laws I'm surprised your sister hasn't taken action against you.

There are rules in place regardless of whatever country you live in. There is a reason for an ID to be taken it's also not just for taxes they want to prove who you really are if you're not a child or "using someones ID"

Well... that's exactly what you are doing. A double standard is when you expect different treatment than others receive.

You are expecting to be forgiven, when no one else is forgiven for this offense.

I'm not sure why you're still expecting to be forgiven, since the CB rep told you they will not help you with this issue and that CB will not respond to you again.
