hello @punker barbie thanks for answering, the only answer that I received is the automatic answer and where it says that it is a permanent ban but they have not given me the reason why this happened, I have sent several emails and they only answer that and that they don't They will respond for the permanent ban status, and they do not say what I did wrong or how I can fix it, thanks for your help
