Well if you live in Paris or know someone who didn't make it out alive, it's much worse. But really, arguing about which atrocity was the most severe is just about the most ridiculous thing you could possibly choose to do with your time.
CharlieHebdo got hit less than a year ago, are we all so quick to forget that?
France recently agreed to join the bomb campaign against ISIS, and they're not quiet about their opposition against terrorism.
ISIS/IS retailiated in their own way against the world coming together against them.
Their scare tactics will only strengthen the opposition against them.

Exactly. This has nothing to do with Muslims. This has nothing to do with Islam. This is extremists and we have always had those. Now they just are slightly more organized and better armed. If it wasn't religion twisting they would just use some other excuse to do it. Crazy will always have an excuse. Technology just makes it easier to find another crazy to run around with these days.
