Multi Stream, LJ vs SM

Hi girls!

I recently started doing camshows, I tried chaturbate and heard about MFC which doesn't really make me think I can make a lot of money rather then Livejasmin or Streamate.

So I had a few questions I'd like to ask and I'd appreciate any feedback.

Multi streaming, what and how are you guys doing it, I've read a lot about models multi streaming. Just don't know how you'd go into a private show at one site and then the other is in free mode or then you get a private chat too, yeah this is where I get stuck.

Second question,

I've heard soo much negativity about Livejasmin, I did my first session there 2 hours and 30 minutes and I made $15 plus they gave me only %25 with a rate of $1, so if I'd put it at 3/4 it would have been more.

I also just signed up for Streamate.

Most threads I read were kinda old and such so I'd like to ask again is Livejasmin really bad comparing to Streamate? Are there better alternatives then these 2?

I'm willing to work 40 hours a week, maybe even more. I'm 23 years old, open minded. I don't want to ego or disrespect anyone, but I think I'm better looking then the average girl, I'm saying this competition wise please girls don't take this in a bad way.

Am I able to earn $20.000/30.000 a month?

I really want to focus like 6 months on fully working and then stop just for the sake of building up a nice life.
I live in Turkey so the money is like multiply 3, that would've mean that I'd earn 60.000/90.000 a month which is 3 year salary of the average person here.

Livejasmin is pretty much crap, yeah. If you raise your rates past $1.99 there, you're ignored. And, let's be honest. Camgirls should cost more than $1.99/minute especially if you're getting only 35%. Earning potential is much higher on Streamate unless you do not have access to decent internet or gear.

Regarding being an attractive human I would have to say that doesnt account for a large percentage of how much you earn. If dudes JUST wanted something attractive they would just watch videos, not visit gals on live sites. While being conventionally attractive is a bonus it isn't going to necessarily equate to success. Some of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen struggle.

1 time I went to multiple tube sites to see which cam sites had pop ups/pop unders on them.
I got several pop ups/pop unders for both MFC and SM.

If you get access to the models-only section, we have several threads on how to go about split-camming. Since it's something that a lot of (but not all) sites frown upon, most people probably aren't going to go into a lot of detail in the public section. Keep in mind that you're going to need a very good computer and internet connection to pull it off, either way.

As for LJ vs. SM -- I'd skip LJ enitrely. If you want to try a second private-based site, there are other (and better) options out there. Cams, Flirt4Free, almost any of them would be better. LJ is the bottom of the barrel, in my opinion.

Like @Serenity_Tam said, being conventionally physically attractive can help with your camming career, but it really doesn't play as big of a role as you think. Attitude, determination, consistency and the right tools for the job tend to be much bigger factors. And while 20k-30k a month is definitely possible, only a small number of models actually hit those kind of numbers.

That doesn't mean that you shouldn't try, I just wouldn't expect 30k/month out the gate, especially if you only plan on working for 6 months.

Only 1 in 500 of active models make that per month and that is after taking months or years earning less while perfecting there camming skills and building a loyal customer base.

Being in Turkey is a problem for several reasons. Time zone, technically and relatability. Are you a native English speaker? Are you into American/English culture?

The above suggests you have a lot to learn. It's not just about looks.
Can you sexy tease the viewer? How are your people skills? How creative are you? Do you have good setup including a room dedicated to camming, lots of flexible lighting, a webcam seperate to your computer, a fast computer(such as a quad core), good internet and high speed wifi?

What happened on Chaturbate exactly? What did you hear about MFC, that made you think you couldn't make a lot of money? Chaturbate is a great place to improve your camming skills and I encourage you to go back until you understand why that wasn't working. Where you not getting viewers? Or getting viewers but not getting tokens?

Sounds strange to me. I have never seen any MFC popups. Plenty of times I have come across those annoying popunders from LJ, but nothing from MFC.

I've never seen an MFC popup anywhere ever but I've seen millions for Livejasmin. Actually all the LJ popups made me think camming was really sketchy and seedy until I found MFC.

Those popups always made it look to me like the women were trapped in tiny identical rooms and forced to be there. I know that's probably totally untrue and unfair but just what I always thought when I saw them

Honestly I'd first stream on SM and see how it goes. If you want to sign up for another site, and have it open for duel camming on a slow day...that's understandable, and may be beneficial. Problems with duel camming are 1) It confuses everyone, because they can't follow the conversation. I've been told by many members that they stop watching camgirls who do this for that very reason. :/ 2) It lags your cam a lot.

I use two skype sites while I'm on SM, and hop off SM to do a show there when I get one at cammodeldirectory or skyprivate. That could be an easier option for you, and there are threads in the model's only section on both sites.

So much right going on in this thread. Guy, I've never had an MFC popup, but over the course of the last decade LJ pop ups are like an STD I can't cleanse!

Petitefoxy, please listen to these wonderful ladies and gents, 20k/30k a month is a very tough goal, it's possible but far less than 1% are making that in my estimation. The only thing I might be able to add that hasn't been covered, please watch some other cam models. Recently I saw a new model on MFC, she is absolutely gorgeous, and I'd love to visit her room, but in my brief preview looks, I've never seen her interact or speak, and she's in an identical pose every time. For that reason, I haven't even bothered. So soak up the information on this site, there's a ton of great info, and insight from all sides. Best of luck!

Problems with duel camming are 1) It confuses everyone, because they can't follow the conversation. I've been told by many members that they stop watching camgirls who do this for that very reason.

Very true, if I hear a pm or tip noise that is from another site then I'm out of there and if I was considering a private then that's a no. Following the conversation is a pain and feels very much like when a model responds to a pm but on a much larger scale.

Hi guys, thanks a lot to everyone for the nice feedback and tips. I'm a little bit sketchy about MFC and Chaturbate and all e.g Camcaps.me or something too much publicity, MFC was the first place I signed up aswell never got mail back even contacted support, got accepted yesterday on SM. While using Livejasmin for 2 days I can tell it's a bit a pain their %5 reductions when something isn't good. I was getting private chat after private chat when I was at rate of $1 minute, but with a %30 percentage it is nothing.. When I changed it too $4, I was getting a few.

I was getting popups from livejasmin that users liked me and for so far the shows are pretty good only I don't like the money, 2 hours and 12 minutes in private chat and only made $35 so far..
Now going to try Streamate, thanks for the advice I'll start doing only 1 stream at a time, I'll try to see if I can work up from there wether or not.
