Moderator status canceled without model intervention

a greeting to the forum.
it is already the second time that this happens to me, I wrote to CB support but they replied with a predefined message.
I have recently been appointed moderator in my camgirl's room and it is already the second time that I find myself degraded from mod to simple user. the first time i found the chat disabled and my status changed, the model re-appointed me moderator saying that she must have been some kind of mistake ...

a couple of days later, that is, last night, we were chatting and the girl was dancing, so she didn't touch neither PC nor phone, I'm absolutely sure.
after a couple of minutes from the last message with my name in red (moderator) I wrote another message and I found it in blue (simple user), I repeat, without the model making any intervention.
in your opinion, what could have happened?

between my two messages there is not the usual written revocation of the moderator status, I really don't understand what the problem is .

I am not anti-porn at all, I don't know where you read it, I PERSONALLY don't give / receive money to give / receive sex, then the others can do whatever they want; I am not a moralist and I could not be, since as I said I have worked in the porn industry for years.

“Support” as in spamming with tip gifs scaring away or annoying any potential tippers. If not that then giving her advice on how to make tokens. Always find that humorous when someone who doesn’t have any tokens or never tipped likes to tell someone else how to get tokens.

I suggest you make a forums instead for this, and spend all day, often, updating it so I can read it for free.

Paying for sex is not ok for you..

But tipping a model, is more about tipping/gifting and not "paying" ..

And not paying for "real sex".

Just don't see how paying (or really gifting) an online model for video, is different to paying for a porn video.
