Mistake or glich purchase large amounts of token

I've seen around here it heppnd to other people as well...
I have by mistake purchase 4050tk and will very much like to refund the money... That is half of my monthly salary and I am stressing out ever since.

I send emails and trying here as well.

Why, after all this time and the multiple complaints, has CB still not done anything about this “glitch”??? It’s making me wonder if they’re enjoying stealing people’s money…and have no interest in fixing it?
