anyone had this issue? I have a phantom stalker on MFC and really don't want to use the site until I can ban this guest, I tried using this web software to view and ban guests, but nada. When I chose the "show everyone" setting, it doesn't show..

Help

Because there's only one guest in my room, and it's not like I'd hesitate to ban em all lol. I prefer small rooms with my regulars :)

Still need to know why they aren't showing up to ban, when they should be according to the MFC wiki. I'm sure I won't get an email back until Monday.

I believe you can only ban basic members and premium members. Guests aren't people actually logged into the site. I know as a room helper, these were the only people that I could ban.

MFC changed the list where you could see individual guests a year or two ago so now you can't see them.
As has been mentioned you can't ban them because there is no longer a guest list.

The best you can do is mute them so they can't talk.

Well I can no longer use MFC now then.
It's been two days and they won't reply to my email. 2 days and that person is still in my room.
The person WON'T talk, because their goal is to stalk and screencap me, and ruin my life, they don't want to talk.

Do you know where they live? You can block their state from viewing you.

Likely you won't be able to use any cam site that has a public/free chat. MFC (or any site) can't do anything about a guest as they do not have a username or email address to ban, and they can change their IP as often as they like, so banning a guest's IP address will do nothing.

I'm pretty sure this is why you cannot select/view each guest on MFC now because it's a pointless endeavor to try to deter them.

Probably should look into more private based sites or something outside of the camming/porn industry.

We've always had a philosophical disagreement on privacy Amber, that's why I'm not a verified model, won't put face pics on my profile. Just because I choose to webcam doesn't mean I should be forced to be available to every person ever. I practice consent in all areas of my life, including camming.

I've been camming over 3 years and seem to be quite comfortable when I can ban stalkers/sociopaths/mentally ill people.
I have no issue banning multiple IPs. I can ban grays on Chaturbate or make myself unviewable to anonymous users with bots, I can ban guests on SM, I can ban guests on Flirt4Free.

I'll have to take your word on that as I have no idea who you are nor do I remember having any discussion with you about this previously.

But I don't really see what that has to do with my points or suggestions. A person (not just you) who has issue with not being able to block any anonymous person that might see them on a site would be well advised to look at other options.

Also, as far as I've learned "greys" on cb are equivalent to basics on MFC, which can be banned because they've created an account/username. Guests are different.

I see you've taken the action most comfy to you, best of luck, locking thread.
