just a heads up girls iam a mfc member and i have come across a site
that has 1000's of mfc models public/private/group showes that have been recorded
by some one else. these sessions have then been uploaed to a file host
www.oron.com

im posting this as i regauly look for recored sessions of frineds of mine so i can get them taken down
as its not fair to them.

there are many other threads on that site that have MFC sessions recorded and uploaded.

if you search for your mfc name and find any recorded sessions of your self please report them
to the forum admin of

and contact oron the file host at this address

so they can then delete the files from there serves.

i've gotten several of my videos taken down from oron and a few other hosting sites with a DMCA notice. i have a "nice" version and a "scary" version. i start out with the nice one, and it's never been a problem.

That is what I see as a problem. It may not be a problem with Oron or other file hosts per se - they will just take action hopefully and won't do anything nefarious with the information - but with websites and their hosts there is a possibility the host will forward the DMCA to the owner of the website with the request - leaking your private details (name, address, phone number, email). Worse still, there are sites out there which have their own version of DMCA with unbelievable requests for personal data such as a passport copy. It preys upon a girls naivety and desperation to gain information that is incredibly personal and wholly unnecessary for very very very dubious reasons. I find that site, and it's bogus "requirements" VERY alarming. I honestly cannot stress the "very" enough...

Overall it would be very useful information to know whether MFC does indeed work to get files taken down if a request is made by the model. If so, what is exactly said and where to (address etc)? I know there may be stuff in the models section - but a lot of girls don't have English as their first language and may not join here, but instead start submitting data left, right and centre. If it was easily readable and accessible in a public section (just a summary - here's what to do) it could be beneficial to all models and not just the few (no offence ladies, but it's nearly exclusively US girls here).

There does need to be a real name and real contact information. It can be submitted by a representative of you, so the person i live with does it (to avoid misuse of my info). The only contact information we've given was a real name and email address, just not mine.

Just be glad most webmasters will comply with a takedown request without actually making sure it's valid.

If some member submits a DMCA notice, they don't care because you have no legal authority over that content.

If a model does it, they may not care because you probably don't have a lawyer/money to sue them and for many camsites, your copyright claim to the content is dubious.

If MFC admin does it, they have a lot of money to push around and would be pretty much guaranteed to win a lawsuit and they will comply for fear of being sued.

MFC would be a lot more likely to pay attention if the model notifies them of the copyright infringement. Ive gotten videos of me taken down this way.

While we have plenty of Canadian and UK models, and even a few sexy Aussie ladies, we have very few from non-English-speaking countries.

As to how:

Email the site you work for with the link to the video and a politely worded "I found this link. Could you please get it taken down for me? Thanks!" is the best way to get it done.

Guess that mfcprince feels bad that he blows all that money on MFC and others can see it for free. Well that is the way it works. Some got to pay while others play.

They signed their videos away to MFC when they get their cheques. MFC is the only one that can legally have them removed. MFC are the ones that are having them leaked online as it is free advertisement.

But MFC has plans to create a big website soon anyway where everyone can access these models videos they recorded and none of the models will ever see a cent anyway.

True, but an agent of the copyright owner can also submit it and I don't think a model (or their bf) would have any trouble getting MFC on their side to say they were an agent if they got called on it.

Also it's better if possible to send it to the website's host - they both have more power and less interest in keeping the material online, and technically are in equal violation if it stays there.

When I've sent DMCA requests before I've said that I'm acting on behalf of MFC who own the copyright. It worked for me.
