My login is Ommnia. 9.04 i streamed with new girl . we approved documents with foreigh passport and honestly i tought it was approved.... but after stream i notices that i cant bloadcast anymore. with her or without her too. support asked to send nationaality passport. We did but they said it was blurry. but after i showed screenshot they saw its not blurry. but still status "Unsupported ID " well all looks like any issues on site. Even for me for owner account it says "This person is ineligible to broadcast. " and its impossible to cashout... Please help us. what i did wrong? we tried so many times to prove with differents passports
