Masspay lost me money

-MASSPAY LOST ME MONEY- YES ..I sent a transfer to my bank account on Wise. I put some data wrong. Wise asked me for a receipt to get it back. They don't have one. Still they didn't solve the issue. It's a crappy service. Don't use it!

Hello did you manage to return your funds?
I have problem with a masspay and bitsafe. So I sent funds to my bitsafe account and Masspay added reference to my transaction "fees for delivery"
I dont have an idea what it is. Now bitsafe asks me show proof of funds. I am telling them I earned from streamate but transaction reference is killing me.
I asked masspay to figure this out but it seems bot answers will never gonna help me.

Nope. I lost 280$. Never use them.
