$$$ Making New Model: needs help with out my profile ASAP!!!

hey im rather new on MFC..i started a week ago but im already averaging about 100 a day..i really need help setting up a token list, videos on my page and graphics on my profile period..if anybody could help me I would HIGHLY appreciate it , cause Im all lost in the sauce..
