Just a quick word of advice if you have to do a Lovense warranty replacement.
I (not me, the model) recently had to replace a Lovense Domi. The toy was getting loud and the rubber on the head had stretched. The purchase was on Amazon but they redirected me to Lovense directly. The replacement was easy. They wanted the serial number from the box and a video of the problem. Make sure you keep the box for your Lovense toys or take a photo of the serial number. The number only appears on the side of the box. The video was about 1 minute describing the problem and turned on the Domi so they could hear how loud it has become.
Just an FYI, I think the Domi attachment stretched the rubber. It's very very tight. They don't want the old Domi back so going forward, only the old Domi will be used with the attachment. The attachment keeps it from rumbling.
