lovense issues?

any1 else having this issue im using obs and my lovense toys are randomly going off as if someone tippd me and it will show up on the lovense tool bar saying someone tipped me and shows their name and all its people who have never tipped me ever its people sittin in my room its even popping up in the visual theme that charlsbot for mfc is sending me a tip

its literally no one tipping me and it goes off as if someone did and its throwing even grays names on there
people idk cuz they are not in my room...

todays been bad with lovense with me and idk why

is this happening to anyone else or how to fix it... i cant even figure out how to delete charlsbot i go on the site click remove for the whiteboard and its still there when refreshed
i just kicked the bot for the time

but my toy is literally constantly going off today its all toys.. random names no tips wtfffffff its not the sites cuz the names are coming from all the sites

theres an update on the toolset yes but when i update it the entire OBS changes and i cant figure out anything onn it at all and i always have to delete it then readd it...
