Lovense control not working from tip menu

Has anyone else have this happen to them?

all other functions of the menu works, and the toys react, but when tipping whatever is needed for the control, it just pops up it was tipped for, but the panel never shows up, it used to work for me.. I have tested on different browsers and it has happened the last 3 times now :))

curious if anyone else is running into this

I have had models need to send the control link in PM because this did not work. I believe it is because of the connection issues and lag on the site lately.
