Lovense Browser issues

It wont even load the box for me to login today, but when someone tips i get a patronising message saying 'model hasnt set up correctly' anyone else?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

1. top right corner of Lovense browser click on the 3 dots.
2. from the pop up menu choose history
3. from the sub menu, click history
4. click clear browser data
5. click advance tab
6. set time range to 'all time'
7. make sure cookies and other site data is checked
8. make sure cached images and files is checked
9. make sure content settings is checked
10. make sure hosted app data is checked
11. click clear data
12. quite and re open Lovense browser.

It fixed itself after an hour or so, so im assuming the network as down
