Looking for help on suspended account

Hello, my friend "hiddenlegacies" on chaturbate got suspended earlier today for an unknown reason while she was brushing her teeth. I was hoping @punker barbie could possibly have the support team look into it to help ease her anxieties. It asked her to reupload a picture of her ID, which she has done. she just doesn't know if she did anything wrong and she's anxious because this is her only source of income and most of her money is stored on her account at the moment. She doesn't seem to have received a ticket number as of yet. I can update this with one, if she receives an email response with a number. Thanks for any help.

This is my account he's talking about. I asked him to make this post as yesterday I didn't have the mental energy. I suspect I was suspended for walking away from the camera while leaving my camera off for a min- the screen was black, not a brb screen. I was never told this wasn't okay. My room title mentioned I was feeling depressed, I was wondering if I was suspended for mentioning my depression.
It just said I was suspended, no reason why, no number on my support ticket email, and all it said was my ID needed to be re-uploaded, which I re-uploaded, have already since had been approved, but I still am suspended from broadcasting.
