Live Chat Disappeared?

I see on the Help page that there is an announcement saying about the overload of new requests so response times will take longer, but I don't even see a "Live Chat" icon, so I can't even make a new request (I don't mind waiting 24 hrs, that's fine).
Has it deliberately been removed temporarily while you catch up on the requests?

I agree but with Stripchat one never knows it seems. I have had "ultimate" since I joined the site almost 6 years ago and that chat has always worked until a few months ago. It is as funny as them telling me to contact ZenDesk myself even though Stripchat is the subscriber to their "chat solution" and there is no way possible for me to contact them, a representative of Stripchat that has all of the account info would need to do that....lol

Telling you to contact zen desk would make sense if they are using zen desk and there is no issue on their side but some kind of compatibility issue between yourself and zen desk's platform since zen desk would be the ones in the position to be able to assist, Zen desk wouldnt have access to any of your strip chat account data to assist with any stripchat issues, they are just a support ticketing platform that companies will license out rather than building their own. Also kind of different to using a random gmail address when you have access to domain based addresses.

Is UPI a payment method on sc? I never head of it so did a little read on it and it seems like a very odd choice for a site to use for payments imo.

There should be no compatibility issue between windows 10 pro and Firefox because up until the recent site changes when they added the private ratings for the models it worked fine for 5 years on the same machine. All I have done is kept it up to date with updates.

Yeah that's why I thought it was an odd payment method to have on the site, well more specifically to have a global banner thats not geo targeted to the country where that payment method is used.

I loaded up the support xhamster site and that banner looks off, the colors look off and in general it looks extremely low quality, like something a highscool student would put together as part of making a first website (no padding, no margins, messed up positioning, basic css stuff that's just not done), the icon is low res making it look like its been ripped from somewhere... the whole banner just feels off, and then with the gmail address... I would be surprised if it was legit since it dosnt match up anywhere close to the standard of the rest of the site.

Are you using a computer or a phone? I use windows 10 pro and Firefox and the link has been broken for months now. Curious as to what the "specialists are already aware of" lol

Using a PC running an old Peppermint Linux and old ver of Firefox.

Nothing to worry about.

We did have some hurdles the last few days but all should be sorted now.

The problem is there is no way to contact ZenDesk unless you are a subscriber to their service and not just a web site user. ZenDesk help chat works on every other web page just fine for me. Stripchat seems to be the only one that has a broken link.
