Live Chat Disappeared?

I see on the Help page that there is an announcement saying about the overload of new requests so response times will take longer, but I don't even see a "Live Chat" icon, so I can't even make a new request (I don't mind waiting 24 hrs, that's fine).
Has it deliberately been removed temporarily while you catch up on the requests?
 
Mine has looked like this for months now. These people tell me to contact ZenDesk myself instead of them contacting zendesk because they have the service for the site.... not me...lol Only the site that subscribes to the service can contact them. You would think technical people would understand this... you can clearly see by the icon in the upper left it is merely a broken link because they coded it into the site wrong..

Is this still showing for everyone else?
I have tried different browsers, and different devices (phone and PC), I even tried a different account to see if it was specific to my account, and also a VPN. I also tried incognito mode on Chrome.
The icon definitely doesn't show at all for me, anywhere - and I have no ad blocker.

It is still showing for me but with the broken link still as I posted before

The support is probably just massively overloaded and they’ve got a few off, or whatever. Vacation season 🤷🏻‍♂️

Although I think that token purchase error is rearing its head again…

It seems so of those of us posting here anyways. I messaged support multiple times to see about getting mine fixed but they keep telling me to contact ZenDesk myself but I am not a customer of ZenDesk, stripchat is, so I am just stuck with it broken it seems....lol

I have and they tell me to contact ZenDesk myself but there is no way as a user of a site that has a contract with ZenDesk to contact them about a simple broken link on stripchat that has an obvious coding error

Are you guys by any chance ultimate members? I am not anymore, maybe that's why mine is disabled? Ultimate members get "faster" response, so it would make sense theirs is still enabled, while the rest are not

Yes I am ultimate member but I think that is just in response time, it should have nothing to do with filing a ticket. When the live chat worked it still took time for them to reply same as sending an email.

I've got an ultimate subscription. I believe I remember that only ultimate has access to the live chat.
I could be wrong tho...

Yes I am ultimate member but I think that is just in response time, it should have nothing to do with filing a ticket. When the live chat worked it still took time for them to reply same as sending an email.

Usually, I agree, that the icon should be there but right now with them being behind, I feel like this could be a good solution and the reason why it isn't. I just don't understand why, otherwise.
I can't even test, both my accounts don't have Ultimate.

I will assume this is the reason, otherwise I'm too confused

Are you using a computer or a phone? I use windows 10 pro and Firefox and the link has been broken for months now. Curious as to what the "specialists are already aware of" lol

I am sure i had it before i used Ultimate. But to be completely honest I am not 100% on that, sometimes I would buy for 1 month then not for a month or 2.. and lastly, I bought the 1 year one and it ran out in May.
(Now I really miss not having it haha - but unfortunately I am saving up to go abroad for a month so can't afford it for now)

LOL I sent an email to that address earlier just to see if I got any reply. I sent it 3 hours ago and nothing yet :think:
If you do get one back I wouldnt click any links or download any attachments in it until it's been confirmed as a valid address. It seems really odd to me that a site the size of xhamster would be using a random gmail address for support tickets.

I agree but with Stripchat one never knows it seems. I have had "ultimate" since I joined the site almost 6 years ago and that chat has always worked until a few months ago. It is as funny as them telling me to contact ZenDesk myself even though Stripchat is the subscriber to their "chat solution" and there is no way possible for me to contact them, a representative of Stripchat that has all of the account info would need to do that....lol
