I know I am beating a dead horse here but I figured this is worth posting here before the studio they banned puts up a website with this and more about Chaturbate after they fucked me and the studio and many of my model friends.

Anyways after we got this letter we called their lawyer and after telling him the whole story and about Chaturbate scams and how Chaturbate had to give of us thousands of dollars in the past when we caught them stealing and much more including how they banned us all now for no reason and still dont have a reason guess what happened?

There lawyer wants nothing to do with them. Read the second letter we got back from the lawyer after a chat with him on the phone.

We are thinking of filing a class action lawsuit and have all the chaturbate models join in if anyone is interested? Maybe a lawyer or someone that knows a good lawyer can help? We have proof of Theft on the group private and private shows we will get into later but more than that we just wanted our accounts back because we have many models out of work and chaturbate really fucked us all.

This firm has the privilege of representing Chaturbate.com. The purpose of this
letter is to advise you that the actions you have recently taken in connection with
threatening our client to, among other threats, “put them out of business” and to
defame our client on numerous public forums will not be tolerated.
As you are well aware, you and your studio were banned from Chaturbate some
time ago. Unbeknownst to Chaturbate, you signed up again for new accounts, utilizing
different contact information. Subsequently, it came to Chaturbate’s attention that you
and your agents were, contrary to Chaturbate’s terms of service, spamming various
broadcasters’ rooms in an attempt to cause Chaturbate members to leave such rooms
and go to rooms hosted by models that you apparently employ. As you are likely aware,
your accounts were also disabled because the Chaturbate community repeatedly
flagged your models as appearing under the age of 18.
Contrary to your suggestion in public forums, Chaturbate has paid all
broadcasters that may work for you all amounts owed to them through the September
15th pay period, and any amounts owed for the period ending on October 1st will be
disbursed according to Chaturbate’s normal payout schedule. Although we understand
that you may spend a good portion of your time outside of the United States, please rest
assured that if you take any further action to defame Chaturbate, we will take
appropriate action against you in XXX, and we will retain counsel in your local
jurisdiction as well.

Now here is what the lawyer sent back to us after a chat with him on the phone and keep in mind this is a top lawyer with a HUGE firm!

As the managing partner of the firm, please take this email as confirmation that the letter is withdrawn in its entirety."


Now on top of all this I am now getting messages from my fanclub members that not only they are banned also but Chaturbate is refusing to refund them and I know I am sure not getting that money. Why would they banned my fans I have no idea. I am sure much more will come of this story soon.

We have acted "professionaly" but after dealing with none Professional fucktards for fucking 7 days yet again for I cant tell you how many times in the last 2 years now enough is enough of being nice.

None of us broke any of their TOS and thats the whole point here. I will show everyone the emails and skype messages and payoneer statments from the thousands of dollars they paid us to shut up about their group private shows scam that only us were smart enough to catch them in.

Go into a group private when you have more than 2000 people in your room and have 2 computers handy and watch your stats. On the laptop where your streaming in the backend it will say 2 or 3 people in the group private lets say and thats what you will be paid for but if you look as a users from the outside at the chatroom window you can see there is really like 10 to 20 paying to watch you.

Now here is the catch, the people paying to see the show that you are not getting money for you can never see what there usernames are because there not listed in your chatroom from your broadcast. How we caught it and confirmed it was we started posting in the rooms backend for people to all post who was in the room so we could see their usernames and then we check our stats and we were not getting money for any of them but they were getting changed and they didnt show in the users list either.

TRY IT NOW BEFORE THEY CHANGE IT BECAUSE OF ME POSTING THIS AND YOU WILL SEE IT!

Please keep in mind this does not happen 100% of the time and sometimes it might pay you and show 4 or 5 but you have a lot more. We many of times had Shirley on livechat while we had 2 girls and 1 cock in group and this was going on and she could say anything other than how much do we owe you and we will pay it. I will post all the emails and skypes if you like.

Seriously, read all the Terms & Conditions, there are some juicy tidbits in there, especially about tokens not really being "real money" until you cash them out... and that they can shut down your account/ban whenever they want for any reason they see fit... That's a legally binding contract you signed, fighting against terms you consciously agreed to and breached is not exactly the war banner I want to march under.

Also, you already got a cease and desist letter... and posted it for all of us to see... would you follow me into battle with those credentials?

Again read the dates of the messages and they were like that because she doesnt do her job and reply.accordingly, read how 2 weeks after she said she would she still had not.

Bugs? Work it out? They are not Bugs and they have not worked them out and still do them this very second several months later. We have to stay quiet about it for many months now in the fear of another wrongful banned if we kept speaking up about it which now has happened anyways. Just the fact that Chaturbate and Shirley both cant respond to any of this here or on twitter speaks wonders.

I already work on many other cam sites as well for over 2 years without any issues at all.I am "professional " to those that are "professional " and deserve it in return which clearly chaturbate is not.

The Terms of Service are part of what you agree to when you sign up to any site. As Independent Contractors, we can be released at any time, with or without cause. That's very basic, common knowledge of how adult sites work. In other words, read shit before you click that Agree button.

TOS is an abbreviation of Terms of Service, also known on Chaturbate as "Terms & Conditions", and is a legally binding contract that you and every model and user on Chaturbate agrees to upon registering to their site. This would be the document you would be attempting to absolve the penalties of by filing your "class-action lawsuit". I would recommend giving it a look through, it's nice bedtime reading.

LOL I know all of that but again what the fuck does TOS have to do with the fact these people are lying scamming sacks of shit that fuck people over and cost them money and lie to them and think they are god all mighty to shit on anyone's head they feel like.

There is much much more to this story as I said but now im bored of replying to stupid shit at this point. At the end of the day you all have been warned about doing business with Chaturbate and by the way we have lost a lot of money also with our .com's that were connected and in business partnerships with chaturbate studio and white label for those of you even smart enough to know what all that means. Our white label with Chaturbate now will have to be taken down and lose all its google rankings and page indexes.
