a straight 1 to 31 win for Candie........What I heard with a token total over the 1 million mark.... So it never really was a competition ...lol..

Jeebus...!

thats an INSANE amount of tokens....fuuuu-

This was my first full month on MFC. The highest I got to was #99 for a few hours then it was back down to #104. I have no idea where i finished in the end but ive been hovering anywhere from #111 to #103 for the last week.

I dont know if thats good or bad...or what it really means, if anything lol

Honestly, that's really good!!!! There are over 10,000 girls making money on MFC, so if you're around #100 you're not doing too bad at all. Well done!
Eh... I'm pretty sure the number is somewhere between 8k and 9k, and there are, like, 4500 active models.

Not saying you're wrong about her doing well, though. If she got 111 and there are 4500 active models, then she was in the 97.5th percentile.

I don't like to work the last day of the month, but the first day of a new month is a must.

Major congrats to Candie, though she held #1 all month, so there wasn't any doubt.

Nope, I know for a fact there are over 10 000 actually making money. I barely worked at all last month because I was away, and I got an offline tip during the month before I went on cam. Checked miss MFC because I was curious and I was number 10,200-ish!

Eh... Making money doesn't necessarily mean active, but that would still be a stretch... Even so, back in mid-June or something, someone found out exactly how many models there are registered on MFC, and it was somewhere around 8300... I can't imagine how over 1700 models registered since them, AND that all of them are active.

If you're not active a.k.a. no tokens earned it doesn't count you among the girls listed. I only know this because I've gone a pay period or two without making anything. I had no ranking what so ever.

I think our definitions of active are differing. By active, I mean being on cam at any time during the month/pay period. In that case, there is the the chances that a model isn't on cam at all during a month, but loyal fans tip them. Not likely for any, let alone that many, but it's a possibility for some.

I don't happen to have stats for models actually on cam (yet).

However, in the past month (minus periods around midnight for about an hour on some nights) logged into MFC most of the time, and analysing the interaction of the browser with MFC - I have been reverse engineering the chat protocol to make a client for my phone.

Hmm. That last paragraph missed the key point.

In that month, there were 11904 models logging in in some manner, from A00Sexylips to 2lipslive.

The graph below shows the number of times that MFC communicated something about the model (logged on, logged off, went pvt ...) versus number of models.

In short.
10% of models had under 5 events/month. I would assume these are simply logging in to check mail very occasionally.

Assuming that the top model is putting in 12 hours/day - probably ballpark. (top in terms of logins), that would put 95% of models at under 1.2 hours a day, 44% at under an hour a week,

So, 500 models putting in an hour a day, 5000 an hour a week.

I checked this against a few models I roughly know their schedules over the last month, and it's about right.

This data should be totally ignored for any serious purpose, as I haven't validated it beyond trivially.

The last day of the month is VERY stressful if you are in the top twenty and trying to climb, or hold your spot. I remember Amber in May almost pulling her hair out :) For July i knew we had i so i was more relaxed, and glad all of the work was over. I spent over 4 months preparing for my birthday win in July and after 31 days of having the lead, and my token count  i knew we werent going anywhere :)
