Just Got Banned from Chaturbate for no Reason!

I get an email earlier today from billing saying that my account had been suspended since i "gave the wrong billing info" (which i didn't, i had my debit card replaced and had no idea i had to let support know)
i wasn't aware that i had to pay in order to broadcast on CB, I had been on for a month for free before signing up for the 19.95 a month plan that supposedly was supposed to be good for cam girls.
either way, it shouldn't say that i violated terms since i am overage, and i don't cam with anyone
i don't talk about any other sites while i am on cb and i have no pressing issues with any users to where they would report me
i emailed several times and no answer
i really liked cb and made lots of money there as well as having over 1k followers
i really dont want to have to go back to mfc since i did horrible there but cb is really being unprofessional by banning models without warning or reason
someone please let me know an alternative

Hi there! Sorry, this may not be helpful as I've never actually worked on CB. However, I've seen/heard of this happening quite a few times now.

Also, your posts says it was "suspended". That kind of implies that if you fix the problem, they may re-activate your account?

Have you tried getting their attention on twitter? They say the squeaky wheel gets greased, so maybe if you publicly try to get their attention, they may be quicker to help you out. Again, I'm not very familiar with CB and how they operate, but if they're not answering your emails, this could be another route to get some contact.

I think getting banned is a rite of passage at CB. It's kind of like hazing at a fraternity. You're not a real CB model or perv unless they ban you at least once.

i got an email saying my account was suspended due to billing (which i had no idea would be a problem- i thought it was free to broadcast) but when i logged in it said i was banned due to violating terms
apparently billing is not even apart of chaturbate and cant ban so i'm confused as to how i get an email from them and then an hour later my account is banned for something different
and it says my account is -200tks which I have no clue about
i tweeted 3 times about it and emailed twice

UPDATE:
I have been trying to get my account reopened for the past 24hrs- i've tweeted, emailed several times to both shirley and support, and called a number that was in the email sent to me.
so basically i signed up for the 19.95 membership thinking it would offer me more benefits as a cam model on chaturbate. i think the membership is only for viewers and the billing company didn't know i was a broadcaster
so because the debit card i mentioned was replaced and turned off, the fees were charged back to them, thus they banned me without warning or explanation all because of a payment issue
i called the billing number and was rushed off the phone and told that it was basically not their problem
i tell them i received an email stating that they were the reason i was banned and they continued to do nothing but try to get my off the phone
so i call my bank and tell them to put the charges on my account so that my page can be unbanned
i submit proof to the billing company that i did this since they said it was the only solution
i still haven't heard back from them and i don't know what else to do. i cant even make a new account since my ip address is blocked and i won't be able to resubmit age verification with my name
long story short, don't bother with paying for a membership
the people at billing are really rude and unhelpful and even as a broadcaster (who has made the site money) they still don't care.
lesson learned, i just hope this gets resolved soon
