It's not exactly a rice cooker.. it's a pressure cooker ,and a crockpot/slow cooker and has other functions like u can make yoghurt in it. I threw away my crockpot, my rice cooker and my yoghurt maker and just use this one appliance now.

I don't need the risotto recipe if it's a regular risotto! Looked delish but I'm already pretty good at that. I just hadn't seen one made In an instant pot. Xx

In this case, the secret is in picking the ingredient. Do you have a place in near by that sells an actual Italian Risotto?
