Our unique service allows creators to consolidate earnings across multiple platforms and receive payments as frequently as they like. We are looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our members. This role is perfect for someone with extensive knowledge of the webcam and content creation industry and a passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to members primarily via WhatsApp and email.
  • Assist members in navigating platforms such as Adultwork, Stripchat, Chaturbate, ManyVids, LoyalFans, SkyPrivate, and more.
  • Answer frequently asked questions, including:
    • How to earn more.
    • Rules and guidelines for various platforms.
    • Setting up and optimizing profiles/accounts.
    • Tips on cam performance and content creation.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, dividing 2–3 hours of support time throughout the day as messages are incoming.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the webcam and content creation industry.
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms used by models and creators.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with members.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 GMT (2–3 hours per day spread across incoming inquiries).

We provide support through WhatsApp, email, and Telegram. However, most of our members prefer WhatsApp, making it our primary support channel.
