Sextpanther it’s on your phone and you sext all day long but you have to be an established cam model first get 5k followers somewhere like Chaterbate and that’s very easy to do on week 1. Then just use Sextpanther sell video clips and sext or do video calls or sex calls make 1k a day and hustle your ass off

Yeah, fair.. I mean there are a lot of us with OF accounts too. I do hire, though not sexters.. and I’m more likely to hire via model recommendations.

OP - see if you can get some references together and get into dedicated telegram assistant and chatter groups

Yeah I don’t use them but it’s a thriving industry.. I know OF recently changed their TOS for members that makes it clear someone else may be helping operate the accounts now too

I've heard the term "Operator" to mean the studio person that works with new models, models that don't speak English etc. A model I used to visit frequently became an "operator" (her term) at her studio. I still visit her from time to time, but it's kind of weird knowing you are chatting with "not the model". She was always non-nude, but this takes to a whole new level LOL. I've always thought these positions were in-house.

I'm eager to find another opportunity in this field.

If my assumption about the meaning of "operator" is correct, find the addresses of some studios and send out some resumes. Most, if not all, the broadcasters here are independent so you likely won't get any specific recommendations. However, a quick Google search turned up a number of studios.

If that assumption is not correct then do what Amber, Lacey, and BlueEyez said.

LOL yes, but you are not a studio model I meant a bricks and mortar studio where the model commutes to the studio. I have seen studio models where the operator is clearly in the room with them as they are constantly making eye contact with, and talking to, someone just off camera. Another model mentioned that her studio had someone that monitored all their chat rooms. That was the type of job I thought the OP was going for.
