Yeah I know, I used to own a copy of the Satanic Bible, I've read most it. I've done a good amount of research bout it. Actually, from what I hear, they are pretty benign compared to The Temple of Set which was started by the co-founder of the church of satan, michael aquino.

Sophia Loren was a very popular Hollywood movie star in the 1950's and 1960's. She was considered a 'bombshell' / sex goddess, and was in competition with actresses like Elizabeth Taylor and (to a lesser extent) Jayne Mansfield. In fact, she was a reasonably decent actress and not at all dumb. She continued to have occasional movie parts through the 1990s at least. She was also notably less flamboyant than most of her contemporaries. She was happily married without scandal (at least that I can remember). I don't know if she's still around. I think she did an autobiography a few years ago.

She may have been looking at Mansfield's cleavage with disdain. She may have thought Mansfield was trashy. Then again, it could be a random expression of disgust at something completely unrelated.

If La Vey satanism had anything to do with the Christian devil (which it doesn't), what's the point in making satan deals when you're already hugely rich and famous?

In terms of religious power La Vey satanism is right up there with scientology and wicca. (Fabricated, is what I'm saying)

As a usually shy practicing Modern Satanist, this is offensive as hell (excuse the pun). :lol: As ridiculous as some of LaVey's costumes were, nothing could have had anything to do with her death that had to do with what religion she practiced. I actually think theology is really interesting in many facets, especially how it affects people. But she definitely should have chosen a form of satanism with more satan. Do your research people!
