I just had SM reactivate an account that I had on one of their white label sites that I closed in 2015. However I deleted the Gmail account I used to register with last year do it being comprised and i forgot my password the SM white label account. Even through I told them that I deleted that Gmail account, they told me they were going to send my reset password link to it and told me to reset it from the link to that Gmail account.

Hmm open up a new Gmail and tell them to send it to that one instead?

They didnt say they changed it to the outlook email. Having more than one account violates SM's TOS.

Ah yup my member account was closed due to it having the same ip as my model account lol.

I would really spell it out to them that you need the email changed to the Outlook email. I would also specifically say you are unable to access the Gmail, and that you can access the Outlook email. If they can't do that, I'd ask if they'd close that account and if it's ok to open a new one since you can't get into the old one anyway.

There's a difference between account evasion and inaccessible accounts. If you know the CC number last used on your old account you can ask them to delete all previous accounts that used that number so you can setup a new one. I strongly suggest you use the phone support to do this.

Back in 2015, they didn't require a cc for an account. I closed it and became a premium member on MFC instead.

If it makes you feel better, their support on the model end is equally messy. Whenever I've had a problem, I just have to keep contacting until I manage to luck into talking to someone who understands.

What's the reason for the poor support?

I don't understand this question. Are you asking for examples of why people think their support is bad? Or are you actually asking WHY their support is bad (Kind of a silly question...because they have bad support people, that's why...lol)?

Back when I cammed on there, they were known for constantly answering models' questions with the same pitiful copy/paste responses of "You need to get an i7 processor (Um...and what about when we do have i7? What are you gonna blame it on next, Streamate? Lol.)." In public chat, we had to answer so many member "But how do I...?" questions, because I guess SM did a shit job of making things easy/clear for them too.

Models still have to explain to members step-by-step how they get their videos they tipped for. SM has it to where a model can't even message a member first...he has to initiate the messaging conversation in order for her to reply. A lot of members don't even know this, which is why some of them complain "I tipped for videos yesterday, and didn't get them." Dude probably didn't message the model.

Good news, they don't do that anymore. Support actually responds. There is now an easier way to send videos.

That’s great! I always liked dealing with Liz of Streamate. She was always the nice one who gave me helpful responses.
